Summer Fete
Amongst the many activities including face painting, skittles and football, youngsters from Holme Lacy Primary School had the chance to participate in a Ju-Jutsu Kumite taster session during their summer fete.
Under the guidance of British Ju-Jutsu champion Dave Coles, who was assisted by Ju-Jutsu Kumite students Nathan Turner, and Cathy & Lewis Booton, the youngsters practiced some of the techniques of the sport including punches, kicks, throws and hold-downs.
