Hereford Sixth Form College Multi-Activity Week
Amongst many activities including rugby, football, rounders, trampolining, and table-tennis, youngsters on the Hereford Sixth Form College Multi-Activity week had the chance to participate in a Ju-Jutsu Kumite taster session.
Under the guidance of British Ju-Jutsu champion Dave Coles, the youngsters practiced some of the techniques of the sport including punches, kicks, throws and hold-downs.
The Session finished with a game of 'Sumo Island' which involves having to wrestle your opponent off the island (a crash mat) and into the shark infested water (gymnastic mats)
